But the story of the owner of the best fast food corner which has become a brand with more than 8 outlets in the city, started by what he was popularly known as the “Cycle Soupwala” initially. This man is Dolraj Gaire, who with his dedication to work and his passion of cooking and serving, went on to become an inspiration from an ordinary person carrying a steel container filled with soup. His initial days of struggle were hard as he belonged to a family of poor farmers, who was burdened with loads of responsibilities and hardships more than opportunities. He started with some minimal jobs in Delhi, which made him in very less. Then he came to Bhopal in 1980,and he got his first job in MP tourism where he got the opportunity of strengthening his talent and passion of cooking, that made him earn Rs 8000 monthly.

But with a dream of providing all the comforts of life to his family and opening his own restaurant, he decided to quit this job and he went on to venture an absolutely different way by selling soups on his cycle at the price of Rs 5. This was a turning point in his life from whereon he never looked back. This led him to then expand the variety of soups and also add biryani and sandwiches to his menu. Very soon he managed to get a shop at rent in 10 no. market, named Sagar Gaire, and it says all about the flourishment and journey of a man called “Cycle Soupwala” to one, who is now entitled to give the best fast food in Bhopal. Sagar Gaire is a popular name in Bhopal for its best cheap eats and every Bhopali knows this place and that’s for a reason. It provides tasty and finger licking dishes at affordable rates and has successfully managed to maintain its standards in taste, hygiene and in all the other aspects.
