Colin Powell once said, “A dream doesn’t become a reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work.” Champions are not born they are made. Success comes at a cost of sheer determination and hard work. These words perfectly suit Mrs. Sonika Vishwakarma and Mr. Nikhil Gahlot who are the founders of Soluzione. Soluzione, a dream that evolved in the midst of closed office walls and long working hours. It was a start-up idea that they wanted to turn into reality. There were many hurdles and obstacles in the path of success but giving up was not an option. With a zeal and enthusiasm to something of their own and turn the idea into reality they left their well-settled jobs in Gurgaon and came back to their hometown.

Soluzione is a company that is leading IT developers who help business from all types of industries to modernize into the information age.With a very strong and diligent team, they help to build business flows, sales automation, customer service management, data migration and lots more through Microsoft Dynamics. Soluzione provides various services like customer relationship management, custom application development and website and digital service. The start-up has cemented its position very well in the market today and dominates the IT industry.

Reaching to this position was never an easy task. The company was started from the scratch and initially, they were the only two people in the company. For the two complete years, the company had no projects and didn’t show any growth. But giving up was not an option. They kept approaching people and finally with the help of few old colleagues and friends they created a strong team. Finally, the tables turned in their favor and Soluzione started to get its projects. They gave their 100 percent to their work which resulted in building up a fine reputation and significance in the industry. With a perfect base set up to build a tower of success, Soluzione kept working to grow more and more in the industry. Interesting  Mrs. Vishwakarma’s sister Monika Vishwakarma left her job as a principal of NRI college Bhopal and joined Soluzione. Same was done by her brother who left his job in Norway and came back to Bhopal.

Today the start-up is more like a family. There is no stress and burden of work. The only thing that is present is a passion for their work and happiness and bliss from it. Working 12 hours a day was never this satisfying. Few years have passed since they left their jobs and lavish lifestyle in Gurgaon and came back to Bhopal. Even after seeing the world and visiting so many countries their love for their hometown never faded.

Today, they live in their own house and take care of their parents and children. Soluzione has a turnover of more than 1.5 crores in today’s date. It has been Microsoft Gold Partners and continues to be one of their top associates. With the head office in Arera colony Bhopal, they have even set two more branch offices, one at IT Park Bhopal and other in Singapore. Soluzione is a true example of how determination, hard work, and passion for a dream can turn it into reality.
